Our Fall Venue Hop has come and gone and I’m so happy with the results.  I think the Brides really enjoyed themselves and got tons of ideas for their wedding day.  We’ll have several blogs over the next few days, but I wanted to start with The Thoroughbred Center because it was the starting spot for Venue Hop.

The first reception location the Brides visited at The Thoroughbred Center was the LoungePurdon Rental set the room with gold chiavari chairs, light olive crinkle linen, gold band china and silverware. Also in the room was a stunning cake by She Bakes Cakes.

The Brides were then taken outside to look at two ceremony sites and a site where they could put a tent from Purdon Rental if they wanted an outdoor reception. After braving the cold weather they came back into The Thoroughbred Center and saw the Pavilion which can hold up to 920 people, but can be roped off for much smaller ceremonies. The arch is from Purdon Rental as well!

The Brides ended their tour of The Thoroughbred Center in the Holding Area. The table decor was courtesy of Purdon Rental.  The delicious cake was from She Bakes Cakes.  While in the Holding Area Brides got to get hand and neck massages from Alure Salon & Day Spa, try yummy treats from South Van Catering and take a snapshot at the photo booth by Five By Five Photography & Design.
