Heather and Anthony’s engagement photos took place at Warrenwood Manor in Danville, Kentucky. This historic home built in the 1850’s also has a beautiful rustic barn directly behind it. We are so excited to come back in May for their wedding. Heather and Anthony first met through mutual friends many years ago. Anthony serves in the army and their first date was dinner at Heather’s house when he returned from Iraq. They got engaged on December 21, 2015, with the assistance of their dog, Brady E. Bear. The night started out with a candlelight dinner for two and 1/2 (Brady). Anthony prepared a spicy creole dish with shrimp one of Heather’s favorites. After dinner Anthony asked if Heather wanted to open up an early Christmas present. Who could say no to an early Christmas present? Inside the present was a photo album documenting all of their adventures. The real surprise came on the very last page with a photograph of their dog Brady with a sign reading: “Mom, will you marry my big human?” Of course the answer was yes! We had an amazing time capturing the love and excitement that they have for each other. Their wedding is going to be gorgeous at Warrenwood Manor and we can’t wait to share their wedding story with you this summer.
