Ok, so maybe this is not a formal introduction but more of a promotion.  Whatever it is, it is fantastic news!

Mallory Harmon has been a part of Always Planned since the very beginning and I could not even imagine Always Planned without her.  When it came time for Always Planned to grow, Mallory was the obvious choice!  With three years of experience, planning her own wedding behind her and amazing attention to detail – any bride would be totally impressed with her style, grace and southern charm.

So what will she be up to?  Mallory will continue her original role, while also taking on a lot more responsibility.  Existing clients and new Always Planned clients will work directly with Mallory as they finalize all of the details for their big day.  Also, beginning in August of 2010 Mallory will join Rayna and Leigh as full service travel agents as Always Planned becomes the ultimate resource in all things honeymoon, all-inclusive resorts and luxury travel.

We are thrilled, honored and excited for Mallory to take Always Planned to a new level.  Congratulations Mallory!

Real Wedding: Jessie & Josh

Posted by: Lauren Chitwood Events

On Fourth of July weekend we had the pleasure of working with Jessie and Josh on their beautiful wedding! They are an absolutely amazing couple who have such a unique story. Jessie met Josh while on vacation, and they instantly hit it off. The downfall was that Josh lived in Alabama and was in the Air Force, but they fought against the odds and kept in touch. Josh wrote her long romantic letters, just as Jessie had dreamed about when she was a little girl. He captured her heart from the very beginning, and he will forever be Jessie’s knight in shining armor!

Jessie and Josh are truly loved by everyone they meet, which was made very evident by their 550 guests and 24 bridal party members! The bride is one of five sisters, and we loved seeing all the warmth and joy that radiated from this loving family. There was so much love at this wedding, and nothing makes us more excited than being able to help make their special day FANTASTIC!

The wedding took place at Walnut Street Baptist Church in downtown Louisville, and the reception was located at the Galt House. Both venues perfectly set the mood for the day. Hali B was truly a lifesaver, making sure the bride and all 12 bridesmaid looked beyond fabulous. Also, our friend Lang from Lang Thomas Photography captured the beauty and love of the day. Check out his amazing slideshow to take a glimpse into Jessie and Josh’s special day!

To Happily Ever Afters,
The LCE Team
